A total of fifty secondary schools were surveyed and five hundred teachers voluntarily participated in the study. The instruments used in this study were the talent management questionnaire, job satisfaction questionnaire, organizational climate questionnaire, personal and institutional data. The major independent variables used in the study are job satisfaction, organizational climate and personal and institutional data questionnaires. The dependent variable is talent management. The results concluded that the concept of talent management is not well practiced in the secondary schools of Bangalore as revealed by the low and varied different perceptions of secondary school teachers at various levels and types of management on many of the dimensions of talent management.
