Abstract: Big Data Analytics (BDA) is a significant technology which employed in various business areas such as banking and securities, insurance, media and entertainment, transportation, education, manufacturing, energy and utilities and medical health care. Big Data in medical healthcare is defined as the collection of set of electronic healthcare data that is extremely large and complex. It is infeasible to maintain those data using conventional software for practical implementation since it has high volume and complexity. Tele Medicine is an approach for e-health research analysis and its service includes Medical Big Data (MBD),scanned images and multimedia medical data which are transmitted on the fly over insecure internet connections as required by the remote doctors. But efficient access of patient information by healthcare professionals and patients are still critical. So it demands a huge number of resources with the requirements of hybrid cloud technology to store and access confidential records easily in patient health care cloud infrastructure. This infrastructure gets the popularity by reducing the implementation cost. But it faces several security issues; data theft attacks are serious threat of MBD in the cloud. To provide data security for the data stored in the cloud, the traditional technique cryptography should be used. But encrypted data also has some threats and being hacked by the hackers by the advancement in hacking techniques. Hence, it is very essential to protect data and preserve privacy. Also the data should only be accessed by the authorized persons. The primary obj newline
