Abstract: ABSTRACT newlineAn experiment was conducted on the research farm of Department of Soil Science and newlineAgricultural Chemistry Sam Higgins bottom University of Agriculture Technology and newlineSciences Prayagraj for two years (2017 and 2018) to study the response of B, Zn and Cu, newlineand NPK on the physical and chemical properties of soil and uptake by maize (Zea mays newlineL.). The widespread decline in soil nutrient status due to the excessive depletion of soil newlinenutrients by the crops prompted the setting of the research, therefore a goal was set, and newlinemaize was selected as a test crop to. The objectives are to examine the effects of B, Zn and newlineCu, and NPK on maize and to determine the maximum levels of nutrient combinations for newlinemaize yield, to study the antagonistic and synergistic effect of Boron, Zn, and Cu. To newlinecompare the soil application of nutrients, and foliar spraying, to study the correlation newlinebetween B, Zn, Cu, and NPK with soil properties. The experiment was laid CRD manner newlineand replicated thrice with three levels of Boron, Zn, Cu (0, 3, 6, and 9 mg/kg B, Cu, and Zn) newlineand three levels of NPK (0,50, and 100kgha -1 ) all replicated three times. Another separate newlineplot was prepared for foliar application. Routine analysis of soil samples were performed, newlineThe results of the pre-analysis indicated that the EC and Soil reactions are not detrimental to newlinecrop that means that the soil is in a healthy condition, the organic carbon, and organic newlinematter is said to be in sufficient range, however available N is low, while Ca, Mg, and K are newlinesufficient, the micronutrients B Zn, and Cu are in the deficient categories. The textural class newlineof the study area is Sandy loam, Post analysis indicated variations in soil reactions and bulk newlinedensity. Plant parameters measured and analyzed comprised of plant height, number of newlineleaves, and number of cobs. Others include dry matter production, the concentration of B, Zn newlineand Cu, and NPK in leaves, shoots, and grains. Results obtained indicated that the newlineapplication of B, Zn and Cu, and NPK significantly (Plt0.05) influence
