Abstract

The law of contract is that the foundation upon which the superstructure of contemporary newlinebusiness is made. It is general knowledge that in business transactions quite often, promises are made at newlinejust once and therefore the performance follows. In such a scenario, if either of the parties were liberated newlineto withdrawn its promise without incurring any liability, there would be an endless complication and it newlinewould be not possible to carry on trade and commerce. The law of contract is applicable not solely to the newlinebusiness community but also to others. Each one of us enters into a number of contracts every day, and newlinemost of the time we do so without even realizing what we tend to do from the point of law. newline
