Abstract: Financial system performs a crucial role in the economic development of a country. It newlinemobilizes and usefully allocates scarce resources of a country. It supplies the life newlineblood money which support and foster development of any country. The newlineimprovement in banking business involves increasing use of foreign currency rate and newlineinterest rate. It brings in its chain increased amount of currency rate fluctuation and newlineinterest rate fluctuation risk.
