Abstract: newline newline An essential consideration in vibration analysis and its monitoring in CNC milling is a challenging task in mechanical engineering Particularly in the manufacturing sector most of the inaccuracies in machining are observed to be attributed to vibration problems Several factors come in to play that induce this kind of forced vibrations in machinery which affect the machining conditions and lead to a host of these problems of which loss of accuracy in the machined part is significant The variation in its precision will create most of the vibration problems along with the structures The toolworkpiece interaction with some intergranular machining properties will lead to poor surface quality and more significant tool wear Such issues can be rectified to a great extent by the use of Nano or Physical Vapor Deposition PVD coatings on the tool and some elements of the machinery In the present study nonferrous coatings deposited over the surface of end milling cutters and the uses of such coated tools lead to relatively increased machining quality in CNC Milling In the view of reducing vibrations induced interaction of cutting tool with the workpiece during the machining a study of the effects of coating on the tool holder has considered Here Aluminum and Titanium related Nanocoatings were prepared for the improvement in surface quality and tool life in CNC end milling cutters The participation of Ni and Cr particles in the coating compositions improves its wear and corrosion resistance The experiments have conducted with Titanium Nitrate TiN Titanium Aluminum Nitrate TiAlN and Aluminum Chromium Nitrate AlCrN coatings on the deposited over the HSS end milling cutters newline
