This project of research is generated mostly upon the primary sources including Poetry, Prose, Novels, Short Stories and Translated-work. Prof. Puran Singh is an eminent writer of Punjab whose proficiency in writing English, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu made him a unique and versatile writer. He has dedicated and devoted his significant work to praise the glorious culture of Punjab that has received in the form of blessings from the Ten Sikh Gurus. His poetry is rich in mysticism. The prose contains autobiography, biographies, philosophical genre, essays and political letter. Prakasina, The Buddhist princess is a novel based on highly spiritual order. The short stories cover a wide range of topics, picked up from day to day life loaded with deep meanings.
