Abstract: | Fibrous construction and combination of different fine/coarse fibres bonding techniques and the directional arrangement of fibres are the significant performance of the unique characteristics in Nonwovens and their composites applications in filtration products Their applications and demands are widely spread over in the fields of air liquid and gaseous filtration process in industrial home appliances personal and medical applications etc Filtration materials are which adsorb or absorb and filter the polluted substances and allow the cleaned material to pass on to the next stage Air filtration performance is a remarkable performance in the application field of Nonwovens in filtration products such as vehicles air inlet exhaust generators industrial chimneys cement industries and so on Air pollution is one of the major pollutants in the globe where the demand in automobile usage plays a significant contribution in increasing air pollution where the release of pollutants is more of toxic air which majorly releases from automobiles especially from Diesel engines The pollutants released from the exhaust such as CO SOx NOx and particularly the unburned soot particles called Particulate Matters (PM) Particularly the PM released from the diesel engines ranges from PM2 5 to PM10 are breathable and will be inhaled and one among the reason for carcinogenic and respiratory diseases newline |
