dc.description.abstractThis exploration was aimed at analyzing the effect of Neuro-linguistic programming on Academic Self Concept and Classroom Anxiety of institutionalized Orphans. The present study was an Experimental study (Pretest-Post-test only design). The study was conducted in two parts- The quantitative part and Qualitative part. The results of the investigation had shown that the effect of Neuro-Linguistic programming was significantly higher in the experimental group who were treated with NLP than the control group and the decrease in Classroom Anxiety in the experimental group is more than the control group. Further results revealed that an increase in the Academic Self Concept led to decrease in Classroom Anxiety. The results of Qualitative research revealed that there is a positive effect of NLP treatment on Academic self-concept and Classroom Anxiety. The investigator recommended practical implications of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and suggestion for further research. newline
