Abstract: The study deliberately presents the time dependent model of Casson fluid newlineflow on a permeable Riga plate subject to the effects such as radiation, chemical newlinereaction, stratification and heat generation/absorption. Besides the constant newlineproperties, the detailed analysis is also intended towards the specific situations newlineaddressing variable chemical reaction and thermal conductivity. newlineElectromagnetic forces are generated whenever the combined influence of newlineelectric and magnetic forces have been developed on the flow field. The newlineproposed analogy of Electro Magneto Hydro Dynamics (EMHD) is associated newlinewith the actuator called Riga plate which is configured by the alternate newlinearrangement of electrodes and magnets. The role of EMHD is a dominant part in newlineboundary layer control mechanism. Further, Casson fluid exhibits shear thinning viscoplastic behaviour, its constitutive equation illustrates the rheology of fluid that has applications in the most significant fields such as industries and therapeutic biology. Density variations subject to temperature and mass diffusion in the flow field dispenses newlinethe influence of stratification. As far as stratification concerned, effects of newlinedensity changes subject to thermal and solutal stratification leads to the scope of newlinenatural and engineering applications. Many real time operations entail the newlinevariable fluid properties rather than fixed values. The aspects of EMHD and newlinenon-Newtonian fluid flow under stratification and variable fluid properties newlineenrich the flavour of the analysis. newline newline
