Abstract: The leading edge of technology in the 21st century has made Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) hired in industrial and commercial areas. WSN is an assortment of sensors which monitors particular surroundings and generates a record of information which gets broadcasted to the sink node through several intermediate nodes. However broadcasting this accumulated information might have duplication in them which causes the rise in vitality utilization as a main constraint. This challenge is addressed by aggregating the information at the sensor level. Apart from this challenge, there are still quite a few challenges faced by WSN. But due to its sturdiness and adaptability, it is been used in quite a lot of real-time applications. Data Aggregation is the process of eradicating the replicated information from the sensor nodes. Thereby, the number of packets being broadcasted is reduced which in turn reduces the utilization of vitality. This furthermore enhances the other performance metrics of the network. Aggregation is carried out in the cluster-based network, in which securing the aggregators and ensuring confidentiality and integrity of sensors are investigated in this thesis. The three main contributions are as follows: firstly, a Cluster-based Systematic Data Aggregation Model (CSDAM) is established, in which sensors are segregated into clusters and a lead is selected for each cluster which performs the aggregation process in three levels (Sensor, Base Station, and Server). The sensors are split up into active and inactive nodes for reducing the energy once the nodes are not in usage. They accumulate the information considering the type and application of information sensed which newline
