Abstract: | Abstract newlineThe present study was conducted 1) To assess difference in attitude towards e- learning of school teachers on the basis of level of school, locality of school and academic streams, 2) To study association of school teacher s self-efficacy with the level of school, locality of school and academic streams, 3) To study association of techno-stress among school teachers with the level of school, locality of school and academic streams, 4) To study interaction effect of level of school, locality of school and academic streams on attitude towards e-learning, 5) To study interaction effect of level of school, locality of school, academic streams and self efficacy levels on attitude towards e-learning, 6) To study interaction effect of level of school, locality of school, academic streams and techno-stress levels on attitude towards e-learning, 7) To study the relationship of attitude towards e-learning with self-efficacy and techno stress levels among school teachers. newlineOn the basis of the above objectives, the hypothesis were framed as 1) There would be no significant difference in primary and secondary, rural and urban, school teachers on the basis of academic streams with respect to total attitude towards e- learning and its dimensions, 2) There would be no association between school teacher s self-efficacy with the level of school (i.e. primary and secondary), locality of school (i.e. rural and urban) and academic streams of teachers (i.e. Social Sciences/ Science and Mathematics), 3) There would be no association between school teacher s techno-stress levels with the level of school, locality of school and academic streams of teachers 4) There would be no effect of interaction among level of school, locality of school and academic streams on total attitude towards e-learning and its dimensions, 5) There would be no effect of interaction among level of school, locality of school, academic streams and self efficacy level on total attitude towards e-learning and its dimensions, 6) There would be no effect of inte |
