Abstract: Abstract newlineToday we are living in a world which is characterized by globalization, speed and change. The physical, political, sociological and geographical boundaries have vanished digitally by the Internet transforming the world to a global village . In recent years it has been seen that information and communication technology has brought variety of changes in all fields of life. newlineThe present study was conducted to measure 1) to assess attitude towards ICT of primary and secondary school teachers, 2) to examine locus of control of primary and secondary school teachers, 3) to highlight cyber phobia of primary and secondary school teachers,4)to assess attitude towards ICT of rural and urban teachers with Internal and External Locus of Control, 5) to study the interaction among school type and locus of control with respect to ict,6) to assess attitude towards ict of school teachers with different academic streams, 7) to assess cyber phobia of primary and secondary school teachers, 8) to assess cyber phobia of rural and urban teachers with Internal and External Locus of Control,9) to study the Interaction between school type and locus of control with respect to cyber phobia,10)to assess cyber phobia of school teachers with different academic streams. newlineOn the basis of the above objectives, the hypothesis were framed as 1) There is no significant difference in attitude towards ICT of school teachers on the basis of level of school, locality of school and academic streams.2) There is no association between school teacher s locus of control with the level of school, locality of school and academic streams.3) There is no association between cyber phobia among school teachers with the level of school, locality of school and academic streams. 4) There is no effect of interaction among level of school, locality of school and academic streams on dimensions of attitude towards ICT.5) There is no effect of interaction among level of school, locality of school, academic streams and locus of control on dimensions of attitude
