Abstract: The study examines the empirical evaluation of banking services provided by both the Public Sector Banks and Private Sector Banks in Bangalore District. Banks provide the services according to the needs of their customers. Especially, the Private Sector Banks work according to the requirement of their dignified customers. There is stiff competition between the banks operating in India. In today s increasingly competitive market, creating and sustaining loyalty from the customers is vital for survival of the business. The strategic focus of the banks must be on retaining the customers as many as possible. newline
