Abstract

The circulation of water is one of the most important factors in defining the climate of a region. Studies reported that there is a remarkable shift was observed in the earth s climate system since the pre-industrial era and these changes attribute to mankind. The effects of climate change on the earth s system pose a serious challenge to the scientific community. Characterizing all the aspects of climate change is difficult thus, the scientific community has explored and developed a new set of climate system models to project the changes that occur in climate components (e.g. Land, Ocean, and Atmosphere) due to changing climate. Though, the observed, reanalysis and satellite data sets have left a footprint as best represents of climate change at a regional and global scale but has some limitations such as lacking in in-situ observations and availability of data, etc. Besides, to take advantage of these data sets, a new generation of climate models has been established to satisfy the need to identify potential climates under global warming newline
