Abstract: The present study focused on the financial performance of the District Central newlineCooperative Banks of Warangal and Karimnagar and found that most of the financial newlineratios were satisfactory. The selected District Central Co-operative Banks (DCCBs) newlineissued several deposit schemes and many types of loans and advances for both newlinedepositors and borrowers in the Warangal and Karimnagar districts. The current study newlineattempted to evaluate the performance of selected DCCBs in Telangana in terms of newlinethe mobilization of deposits, loans and advances, and financial results, including newlineprofitability. newlineThe study examines the trend of the Warangal and Karimnagar DCCBs newlinedeposit Mobilization and Loans and Advances growth from the year of 2007-08 to newline2016-17. The study observed that the trend of total assets of Warangal DCCB found newlineto be in decreasing but the trend of Karimnagar DCCBs total assets are found to be in newlineincreasing. The study has considered the CAMEL ratios for the financial performance newlineof the Warangal and Karimnagar DCCBs. The study result stated that the Capital newlineAdequacy ratio of Karimnagar DCCB observed to be inferior compared with the newlineWarangal DCCBs but other ratios found to be superior to Warangal DCCBs. newlineThe study focused to know the impact of CAMEL ratios on the operating newlineprofitability ratios. The study applied the ordinary least square method and found that newlinethe key financial ratios are significantly impacting positively for the Karimnagar newlineDCCBs but Warangal DCCBs CAMEL ratios slightly lower impact on the operating newlineprofitability. The study made an attempt to know the relationship of Deposit newlineMobilization and Disbursement of Loans and Advances of Warangal and Karimnagar newlineDCCBs with their operating profitability. The study also applied ordinary least square newlinemethod for the impact of Deposit Mobilization and Disbursement of Loans and newlineAdvances on the operating profitability. newlineThe study examined the suggestive measures for the effective role of PACS in newlinefinancial inclusion.
