Abstract: The field of immunology strives to embody all aspects of the immune gadget in residing organisms. The insilico identified specific gene targets rBPSS0120 and rBPSS0096 were found less specific and sensitive in comparison to known antigen targets rOmpA and rGroEL. The insilico identified B. pseudomalleispecific antigens will have higher potential forserodiagnosisasthesetargetsarepresentonlyinB.pseudomalleiandabsentinothercross reactive bacterial species. Among all the three insilico identified gene targets bpss0075, bpss0076 and bpss0091, bpss0091 gene was found highly specific and sensitive and was present across all standard strains, clinical and environmental isolates studied.
