dc.description.abstract | The primary objectives of the study is to determine the psycho- Psychological characteristics of individual and team games players Total 200 individual and 200 team game players selected for the study . The data was collected through respondents in 400 players from different universities of Maharashtra the data was collected through respondents in the form of different Universities. The demographic information about, age, exercise, etc. was obtained before seeking Questionnaire. The Self-concept questionnaire (SCQ) was used to measure the self concept of the sample. It consists 48 items and six dimensions. The Universal supreme health for all well-being was used to measure mental health of individual and team games players. It consist of 45 questions of three category Emotional intelligence by Ankaol Hyde (2007) was used to measure Emotional intelligence. Resting heart rate of each sample was recorded of team and individual game players. Electronic Blood pressure machine was used for measure the Resting heart rate. Electronic Blood pressure machine was used to measure the blood pleasure of sample. The data was collected during the KridaMahotsav (Mumbai) and different inter collegiate tournaments. The result computed also crosschecked by using following statistical variables. Mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The level of significance was keep at 0.05 level of confidence to test the hypothesis. newlineThe findings of the study indicate that, Team Games players were found to have got better Physical Self concept as compared to their counterparts Individual Games players. The findings of the study indicate that, Individual Games players were found to have got better Temperamental Self concept as compared to their counterparts Team Games players. The result reveals that significant difference of Educational self-concept was found between Individual and team games players.
