Abstract: Growth in vehicle population raises the fuel import level of Indian government, and burdens the economic growth of the nation. The energy consumers require petrol, diesel, biofuels, and compressed natural gas (CNG) that are needed for transportations. Currently, 83% of imported oil from other countries are utilized to meet the 10-14% of petrol demand and 5-6% of diesel demand of ICE.
