Abstract: In India, the Constitution is the paramount and fundamental institution when it comes to newlinematters of law. It signifies the dreams and ideas of the makers of the constitution newlinealongside the values of the freedom struggle and benchmark of growth and development newlineby means of rule of law. The Constitution is the supreme origin of the power, newlineauthorities, and operational validations of all the three organs or branches of the newlineGovernment: the Legislature, the Executive and the Judiciary. It further comprises aspects newlineregulating the joint interconnections between the three branches of the government and newlinethe citizens. The Indian Constitution is made by the people, of the people and for the newlinepeople of India. newlineThere are four objectives which are included in the Constitution; namely: justice, newlineliberty, equality, and fraternity in the part of its preamble for the citizens of the country. newlineThe organs of the state or government are imperative in implementing these objectives. newlineThe legislature is employed to create the law and rules; the Executive is to apply those newlinelaws and the Judiciary is enshrined in interpreting the law created by the legislature or newlineother suitable platforms when it comes to adjudication of the conflicts, disputes as well newlineas resolving conflicting interests. Such defined functions of respective branches rely on newlinethe doctrine of separation of power regulated by checks and balances for avoiding newlinedespotic aspects that arise by means of concentration of power or authority newline
