In India, the Constitution is the paramount and fundamental institution when it comes to newlinematters of law. The Constitution is the supreme origin of the power, newlineauthorities, and operational validations of all the three organs or branches of the newlineGovernment: the Legislature, the Executive and the Judiciary.
