Abstract: Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is an endocrinological gynecology disorder with heterogeneous representation of the clinical symptoms among its patients. Due to this dynamic nature there is a lack of consensus in the medical community for the diagnosis and treatment. The pathophysiology not being clearly understood adds on to the discrepancies.
