Abstract: newlineThis study examined the empowerment of employees in the IT sector. It also analysed the newlinerelationship of empowerment with organizational trust, job satisfaction and organizational newlinecommitment of professionals in IT industry. The impact of empowerment and the empowerment newlinedimensions on organizational trust, job satisfaction and organizational commitment were newlineexamined in the study. And it also examined the variations on the basis of demographic variables newlineof the respondents on the empowerment, organizational trust, job satisfaction and organizational newlinecommitment. The findings of the study are reported below.
