dc.description.abstract | newlineIn present scenario, management education has been considered as a penetrating phenomenon. It is a vast field for research because it is a significant base for the development of individuals, other organizations and society as a whole. Teaching and non-teaching staff are the valuable entities of management institutes. Some researchers have indicated that whenever an employees were neither satisfied nor committed towards their organization then organizations would suffers in an adverse way (Rosenholt, 1989 and Csikzentmihalyiet al., 1986). Several researchers (Mudor et al.,2011; Nadiri et al.,2010; Ghiselli et al.,2001; Lambert et al.,2001; Begley et al., 1993 and Talachi, 1960) found that attrition rate of human resource is increasing in every industry. The rationale behind it is that human resource is seeking for the probable opportunities to attain their personal goals and career advancement imminently. Similarly, some researchers portrayed a picture that there is a need for improvement in the teaching profession due to the insufficient resources, inappropriate working conditions, lack of support, restricted decision-making process and less options of opportunities (Rosenholtz, 1989; Sergiovanni et al., 1989; Forum, 1986 and Hammond, 1984). | |
