dc.description.abstract | In this study primary production used as feed in the aquatic ecosystem has important role newlineof investigation. Periphytons are organisms growing on different submerged surfaces, newlinethese periphytons are useful in assessing the effect of pollutant on the ecosystem of lakes, newlinestreams, estuaries. Periphyton is the easiest source of food for fishes in an ecosystem. In newlinethese study different substrates used for the periphytic growth and their analysis was newlinedone. The physico-chemical properties of substrates added water and initial water was newlineanalyzed by standard methods. The results were obtained as physico-chemical properties newlineof substrates have some parameter within standard values for aquaculture. The periphytic newlinegrowth has increased due to substrate added system compared without substrate added newlinesystem. The identified periphyton viz. Chlorophyceae, bacillariophyceae, zooplankton newlineand mollusc are present. The bacterial colony forming unit is high in SB substrates newlinecompared with other. The biofilm former strain isolated and it is moderate and strong newlinebiofilm former found in the C and SB. The growth analysis of fish and other parameter newlineanalyzed. The treated group physico-chemical is found to be standard limit of aquaculture newlineand periphytic and bacterial growth is found to be high in the treated group. The fish newlinegrowth in treated group is found to be increased due to primary nutrition of systems. The newlinegrowth of fish is becoming less rotund. The carcass analysis of fish in treated group high newlineand amino acids are present in it viz. proline, valine and cysteine and faaty acids viz. newlineoleic and palmitic acid. newline | |
