In this research, the effect of waste foundry sand (WFS) in concrete with different percentages of waste materials was studied. A research control mix concrete (control blend) of M30 grade was prepared using natural fine aggregate replaced with 50% waste foundry sand. In the further research work, this 50% percentage of waste foundry sand was kept constant for natural fine aggregate replacement while other waste materials like M Sand (0%, 10%, 20%, 30% and 40%), waste brickbats (0%, 10%, 20%, 30% and 40%), recycled concrete aggregates (0%, 10%, 20%, 30% and 40%), waste latex paint (5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25%) were used as replacement of natural fine aggregate, natural coarse aggregate, and water respectively. The influence of this natural aggregate substitute and inclusion of other waste constituents in different proportions in concrete was observed. Fibers like glass and steel were mixed in the specimens to improve strength. To comprehend the characteristics of waste constituents, strength tests like compressive strength of concrete, split tensile strength of concrete, flexural strength of concrete, elastic modulus of concrete, and ultrasonic pulse velocity test; and durability tests like rapid chloride ion penetration test and sorptivity test was conducted, and their consequences were investigated. From the results of these experimental test procedures, it was found to have substantial enhancement in strength and durability of concrete specimens with different proportions of waste ingredients compared to the research control mix. Keywords: waste foundry sand; waste brickbats; waste latex paint; recycled concrete aggregate newline
