Abstract: On demand location aware replica management is to find the location of the server. After finding the location, user needs service oriented architecture to meet the client requirements. In order to make the client satisfaction with all parameters (Throughput, Energy efficiency, Latency Ratio and Time complexity) even in higher traffic, number of request to the servers is increased to meet the user requirements in which copy of the server generated in few other locations by replicating many servers in different locations to check the service level agreement. Load balancing is efficiently performed by addressing the client request in the SOA Environment. On demand location aware replica management can be used in application servers like dynaplan, symphony, DLB, Quasar EELPP with SLA, QOS and SOA development. The client gives the multiple requests to get services from the server. Server creates a cluster by using K-Means algorithm. Then the cluster copies new server with the help of replica management. K- (i) On demand location aware replica management (ii) Energy efficient location privacy preserving protocol First on demand replica management frame work is proposed to cluster the application servers, because load balancing is achieved based on the access frequency, response time and capacity of servers. If access threshold and response threshold cross a limit, then the middleware technology generates a new copy of required server and handovers the request to the server for clustering a new replica in the available servers. Further to improve the performance of servers in the handheld systems, energy efficient privacy preserving mechanism is proposed. The method uses an energy efficient location privacy serving protocol. EELPP is an optimization to the location aided routing for the location based data transmission on the network. EELPP data transmission has mainly focused to get better the network performance and energy consumption model on the network. In this research work application servers like DLB, Sympony,
