dc.description.abstract | The present study was designed to explore the mechanism of weed-crop ecology in response to nutrient resources (NPK fertilizer and water) and their interactions on different stages of development among the crop and weeds by using selected plant functional traits. The wheat crop is selected for the present study as the wheat-rice cropping system fulfils the food demand of a major portion of our country, India and their selected weeds were selected based upon their abundance and contribution to yield loss, therefore, Phalaris minor Retz. and Avena sativa L. was used for the present study. newline | |
