Abstract: Employee engagement is the emotional commitment that employees feel towards their organization and its values they take to ensure the organization s success; engaged employees demonstrate care, dedication, enthusiasm accountability and results focus. Engaged employees feel a sense of attachment towards their organization, investing themselves not only in their role, but in the organization. At present situation Higher Education Institutes are facing significant and growing challenges. With other areas of the education budget having been protected, the impact of strictness is falling disproportionately on the sector. At the same time, Higher education Institutes are having to adapt significant policy change, and to meet the needs of employers while constantly improving the quality of outcomes for learners newline
