Abstract: | The study propose three research objectives to find the relationship between PT and WLB of executives the relationship between the PT and the WLB of the Executives and to study the WLB of executives in relation to selected demographic variables and lastly to investigate the PT of executives with selected demographic variables The adopted research design descriptive wherein quantitative techniques were used Primary data was collected by random sampling Structured questionnaire was used to collect data from representative sample from selected companies in SIDCUL Haridwar The target respondents comprised of top middle and lower level executives working in the corporate sector As the number of employees is large a complete survey was not feasible Hence it was decided to select a sample from executives The sample size for executives was taken to be 350 To achieve the research objectives of the study the obtained data was analysed by applying Percentages and Chi square test On the basis of analysed results the conclusions drawn signifies that the Openness Conscientiousness Extroversion Agreeableness Neuroticism is not found to be significantly related to the WLB of the senior executives executives supervisors Whereas the Age and Gender is found to be significantly related to Work Life Balance of senior executives executive and supervisors but gender does not support in the case of supervisor similarly there are different significant and insignificant level to the relation with different factors explained in the discussion |
