Abstract: | Food adulteration and contamination could cause genotoxicity, congenital disability, foetal mortality, neurotoxicity, and human neurodevelopmental issues. It has been estimated that chronic diseases and deaths from pesticide-contaminated food impact one million people per year worldwide.
