Abstract: Perovskite oxides in the ABO3 composition have drawn the extensive attention of the researchers on account of their exceptional electro-optic, ferromagnetic, piezoelectric, and magnetic properties and wide-ranging industrial applications. The structure and multi-useful properties of these materials are significant in the domain of electro-ceramics, material science, and solid state chemistry. Strontium titanate (STO, SrTiO3), an ABO3 structured perovskite, is an adaptable material for many applications owing to its attention-grabbing properties such as good chemical strength, admirable structural features, excellent charge storage ability and electron transport etc newline
