Consequently, scientific community is investigating for newlinethe technology beyond CMOS that prevails better performance in terms of chip density, newlinehardware intricacy, power dissipation and speed of operation. Reversible logic and Quantum newlineDot Cellular Automata (QCA) are the emerging paradigms which have potential to substitute newlineCMOS in near future. Reversible logic makes use of bijective mapping between input-output newlinevectors and imparts logical reversibility to the circuit newline
