Abstract: In this research, a brief overview of Quality of Work Life (QWL), different aspects of QWL and its significances from various literatures are looked at in more profound sense. Additionally, discussions were made the implications of QWL with associated factors such as job satisfaction, job-related attitude, employee performance, organizational commitment, and employee turnover intention. Based on this information, a conceptual framework of QWL is formulated for further analysis.
