Abstract: a model has been developed titled Placements Enhancement Model . Primarily this model combines two sub models Identification of Employability Skills Gap and Effective adoption of Blended MOOCs learning in order to bridge those gaps to the extent possible. Management acceptance of MOOCs learning and faculty buy in are the most important requirement for this model implementation to be successful. Any Higher Education Institution that desires to enhance the student s employability skills through bMOOCs can very effectively adopt this model and derive the inherent benefits. newline
