Abstract: Adolescents are the future of the human society. To achieve positive progression and newlinedevelopment of the society at large, all round development and mental stability of newlineadults during their adolescence is a quintessential prerequisite and should thus receive newlineutmost priority. Researchers have been investigating variables which have a direct newlinebearing on the behaviour aspects and academic achievement of Adolescents. Number newlineof literatures suggests that the relationship, which children have with their parents and newline/ or Teachers, have a noteworthy effect on their development. Research in this area newlinehas indicated that positive Teacher-Student relationship influences development of newlinechildren as positively as does the Parent-Child bonding. Children possibly look for the newlinesame kind of security and emotional support from their Teachers as they do to their newlineparents. This research study tries to bring out the impact of Parental and Teacher newlineinvolvement on Behaviour Adjustment and Academic achievement of Adolescent newlineStudents. It also aims at finding various constructs of Parental Involvement and newlineTeacher s Involvement which the adolescents perceived to impact their Academic newlineAchievement and Behaviour Adjustment. It also tries to understand the involvement newlineand its impact with respect to gender. newline
