Abstract: | Expansion in the and#64257;eld of the internet and technology allows us to generate newlineand distribute digital images from one network to another network very easily newlineand rapidly. This increases the concern of rightful ownership, authentication, newlineand copyright protection. Digital image watermarking has emerged as a pop- newlineular and eand#64259;cient method for the security of images in the present world. In newlinethe watermarking schemes, imperceptibility, robustness, and watermarking newlinecapacity are the major concern because watermarking should not be done at newlinethe ease of altering the visibility of the host image while improving the other newlineperformance parameters. Also, the available literature demonstrates that very newlinefew algorithms are designed for color image security. newlineThe work presented in this thesis mainly focuses on enhancing the eand#64259;ciency newlineof color image watermarking by considering the above major concerns. Five newlinediand#64256;erent algorithms are designed and developed in this thesis namely, an newlineadaptive watermarking in RDWT-SVD domain using artiand#64257;cial bee colony newlineoptimized quality metric strength factor, artiand#64257;cial intelligence-based water- newlinemarking in hybrid DDS domain for the security of color images, artiand#64257;cial bee newlinecolony based perceptually tuned blind watermarking in hybrid LWT-DCT newlinedomain for color images, a new optimization-based color watermarking us- newlineing NNMF in a discrete cosine transform domain, and a robust color image newlinewatermarking using nature-inspired intelligence. newline |
