The energy resources mean legitimate natural possessions and institutionalised mechanisms at the hands of a nation, that are utilised for empowering it s possessor for undertaking and sustaining various developmental activities and operationalising the associated infrastructure and various projects related thereto, within its geographical boundaries. The term Energy Security means availability of energy resources in desired measure, place, time, price and most important of all, at the right terms. The biggest advantage of the research to the national energy ambitions of India would be that the Indian diplomacy framed on the basis of the recommendations of the research might eventually help in transforming the nation from Energy Deprived to Energy Wise Self-Reliant India. The biggest contribution of the research is its recommendation for a multi-dimensional, multi-directional, highly ambitious and albeit a practicable and professional approach for the Indian diplomacy, whereby a mutually win-win climate is expected to be created, drawing the interest and cooperation of the stakeholders in the grand game of energy security. The study concludes with perhaps the most appropriate expression that though the routes to Central Asia are landlocked, our minds are not locked, and therefore, we being human always have brighter prospects to sustain mutually complementing relations based on mutual trust and camaraderie . newline
