Design and Fabrication of Integrated Electrode Materials on Flexible Carbon Cloth Substrate for Supercapacitor Applications

Abstract

Recent interest on flexible energy storage devices including supercapacitors newlinehave emerged as new-fangled generation technologies for the numerous applications in the newlinefield of wearable and portable electronics. Flexible electrode is the essential and primary key newlinecomponent for fabricating the flexible energy storage devices. Though, the construction of newlinethese flexible electrodes is the bottleneck in the real-world utilization and applications of newlineflexible electronics. In this work, novel construction of integrated binder - free flexible newlineelectrode is fabricated for high performance supercapacitor applications, using simple newlinehydrothermal methods. Pseudocapacitive active materials of mixed metal oxides (CuCo2O4, newlineFeCo2O4 and ZnCo2O4) and metal sulfides (MoS2) are primarily employed for the newlineconstruction of integrated active materials on the conductive flexible carbon cloth substrates newline
