Abstract: Recent development in Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) has covered the way for Body Area Network (BAN) for remote health monitoring. The lack of care in emergency situation is the main cause of demise in this world. So the advancement of the sensor nodes in the evolving world has paved the way for health monitoring to improve the WBAN for ubiquitous monitoring. Health care organization is more important in modern days. The elderly people and the patient s health data should be conveyed in effective method for incessant monitoring for a long time. It is necessary to observe the real-time data from the patient body, such as Electrocardiogram (ECG), Electromyocardiogram (EMG), Blood pressure (BP), and SpO2 for oxygen saturation to measure the oxygen in hemoglobin in day care and government hospitals. These collected data from the patient should be transmitted through controller node to the base station and the information can be shared by internet services. The doctor or the medical evaluator can assess the health details of the particular patient and do their medical needs to save life of the patient, from the collected data s. This will be helpful in assistance the patient in general hospital and day care. More chronic health diseases are associated with changing lifestyle behavior due to the physical inactivity and low dietary choices. The critical data from the patient s body has to be communicated in a reliable manner without any change in the data to the medical evaluator. Thus, finding the critical data is more important for choosing the patient with abnormalities to treat the patient in the right way and to save their life through e-health. newlineReliable transmission of the data source is most important in the case of WBAN. A decision making algorithm is required for choosing critical data for reliable packet delivery to decrease the chance of casualty. Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN) falls under the communication standard of IEEE 802.15.6. Such a standard has been uncommonly intended for low power gadgets and the
