Abstract: | The present dissertation studies every important aspect of MGNERA. It is a very significant Government Scheme for rural people. It promises to give guaranteed employment to every unemployed rural people. It gives equal opportunities to men and women. There is no discrimination on any base. It helps every rural unemployed people. The present researcher altogether brings the points into light that how democratic Government tries to abolish the problems of people through different welfare Schemes. Its effects are not limited only to the rural people. On the other hand, it affects every organization related with this Scheme directly or indirectly e.g. DRDA, PRI and NGO etc. it throws light on the fact that how these different organizations play their important role to fulfill the aim of this Scheme. It s important to study this Scheme because it relates to the practical life of people. It is not theoretical on the other hand it influences the every aspect of human life. newlineSecondly the present research studies the miserable condition of women in past and altogether it analysis that how women get the present respectable place in society. MGNREGA proves so much helpful for women to have better place in society and to be economical independent. In the second chapter it has been analyzed that how women were motivated in part to do struggle against patriarchal set up of society. It has been explained that how on the time of different emperors the condition of women became change according to their thinking for women. They were considered only as a commodity. The political rights which women got through their struggle prove so much valuable to improve their position in society. In the third chapter of present dissertation there is complete analysis of developing city Budhlada. It is significant part of Mansa district. In this chapter there is complete detail of its geography, population etc. There have been complete references of Budhlada s great personalities who gave their important contribution to give name to this |
