dc.description.abstractThe present study is entitled AN ANALYTICAL SURVAY STUDY ON PHYSICAL FITNESS AMONG SCHOOL GIRL CHILDREN . The study was delimited to100 indoor and outdoor school girl children of Fazilka region of Punjab with the age group of 11 - 16 years. The method used for data collection was five tests on fitness and the subjects were selected with random sampling method. After that the data was analyzed with the help of percentage and the following conclusion was made: newline According to this study it can be concluded that the school girl children gave a good performance during their physical fitness test. But when any girl child physically unfit and weak then her performance in sports activity is affected. In physical fitness tests, maximum girl child have achieved good performance. The study of the survey shows that all girl children are strong in muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, speed and cardiovascular endurance. An environment and their diet make them perfect. newline newline
