Abstract: | The success and final outcome of this project required a lot of guidance and assistance from many people and I am extremely privileged to have got this all along the completion of my project, All that I have done is only due to such supervision and assistance and I would not forget to thank them. I am greatly indebted to a number of people, without whose assistance, guidance, support, encouragements and care, my dream of completing the project would have been remaining a mirage. I am indeed grateful to my mentor and guide, Dr. Deepak Kumar, Assistant professor, University College of Commerce and Management, Guru Kashi University of Talwandi Sabo for his invaluable support, encouragement and constant constructive feedbacks, which kept me focused, and whose contribution towards the completion of this work are immeasurable. His inspiring words always motivate me to overcome my challenge.
