Abstract: Supply chain management in modern business context is an inseparable part of organizational needs that range from world class manufacturing facility and technology, Robust and reliable vendor base, varied operational initiatives and a very effective sales and distribution network. For effective and efficient supply chain, suppliers of any organization play a tremendous role for more that 65% of the manufacturing cost lies with them to spend and generate value out of this spend for final product. Plastic components form major portion of electrical assemblies such as Steam Iron, lights, personal grooming equipments, switches, switch gears to name a few. The mathematical model developed and well tested could convince the plastic supplier invest in the hot runner technology to meet the tact time of the final market. Another entity in supply chain is Customer of the said FMEG organization. FMEG industries are generally depending on wholesale dealers for the distribution and sale of their products. the organization itself needs to develop an ecosystem conducive to deliver right quality at the right time to its customers to stay competitive. FEMG industry is ever evolving as it is making products that touch every human being in every sphere of their lives. This was therefore crucial to identify right focus areas for the organization. The materiality analysis involving all senior personnels to rate, rank and prioritize the organizational factors lays the solid foundation for excellent customer experience. newlineThe case studies with extensive literature study undertaken in this study provided in depth insight into enablers and attributes that make supply chain efficient and effective. The questionnaire developed to test these findings across industries showed strong relationships between them and eventual organizational performance measured through balance score card. newline newline
