Abstract: newline Information Technology and Communication Technology has been uplifted to greater peaks in recent past, and yes, it has transformed teleradiology services to betterments. The stipulation is still there for clinical images and medical reports to add meaning to radiology images for a clearer picture. Some standards in medical history require instantly recognizable attributes such as personally identifiable attributes, date and time of examination, brief patient history etc. about the patients for authentication. These standards also prescribe the transmission of images over email or fax along with the information of patients. On the other hand, legislative regulations have stringent measure to protect the privacy of a patient. This research aims to deliver a solution to conceal the information in a perfect manner and deliver the medical treatment as required. Authentication at a reasonable cost for healthcare institutions is also a targeted solution in this research. Zero watermarking schemes with unlimited features like reversibility and blindness are facilitated in Visual Secret Sharing systems. The scheme will distribute a Master Share with all essential aspects that an image should be possessing for transmission and combined with a watermark image to construct a secret image. Once watermark is extracted in reversing process, Master share will be reconstructed from the host medical image, combined with secret image and finally watermark will be revealed. Starting with conventional watermarking systems, the course of this research has culminated in zero watermarking systems. newline newline
