Abstract: MANETs enabled the connectivity of different devices through a dedicated platform and thus receive services of numerous kinds Internet and other associated services have simplified the lives of people processes and procedures to obtain a facility Internet enabled mobile phones have distinguished features to upgrade the redundant and time consuming processes through simpler uploads and downloads All devices are connected to the networks through a routing scheme and they transfer the messages to and from the network managers The purpose of this research proposal is to deliver an efficient multicasting routing scheme through energy preservation and faster services to the participants of a highly dynamic network As the name intends the network comprises of the devices that move dynamically for getting a variety of services from the base stations A multicasting scheme is proposed to resolve the issues associated with broken links reliable connectivity between communicating nodes and cost efficient routing scheme The proposed work also intends to derive a clustering approach and cluster head selection based on a fitness value and thus enhances the lifetime of a network in all applications newlineIn the recent past with the advent of hand held devices and how they are supposed to function in different environments have given a detailed perspective in the design and implementation of the networks Human interactions and communication through the handheld devices are much simplified and regulated through powerful protocols MANETs have emerged to the next level of operations given the reach of internet services to the nook and corner of every village newline newline
