Abstract: | Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is characterized by low speed, low cost, and low power consumption. The WSNs functions are monitoring and calculating physical environments from remote locations can be played with improved precisions. With the highest industrial development and automobiles have caused trouble and unsafe results like climate change, stratospheric ozone depletion, acid rain, and increased occurrences of diseases like asthma, lung cancer, and chronic pulmonary diseases. Wireless communication protocols usually use a secret key of various kinds to ensure encryption capability such that, even if an eavesdropper captures packets, it cannot decrypt them. However, transmitting data through wireless is unreliable because of various attacks. Thus the secure data routing and sensor node reliability is a significant factor in WSN. In this research work, three novel techniques are proposed to detect the unreliable sensor nodes and provide secure data transmission from sensor to BS in the network. Initially, a Secure Clustering and trustworthy Routing Protocol (SCTRP) designed to estimate the node trust and reliable routing in WSNs. In this scheme, the Cluster Head elected based on the Node Trust. The Node Trust calculated by energy. The signature verification algorithm and one-way hash chain function are used to provide authentication and secure communication in the network. The simulation result shows that the SCTRP improve the network performance and increase the network lifetime in the network newline |
