dc.description.abstractA significant cause of building collapse during past earthquakes has been the failure of beam column joints. Slurry Infiltrated Fibrous Concrete (SIFCON) is developed and used in beam column joints in the current study. Experimental and theoretical analysis indicates that SIFCON beam column joints are useful for seismic resistant structures that are safe and cost-effective. newline
