Abstract: | In the context of education, quality rests on achievement of certain levels of newlinecrucial parameters or objectives. To achieve the requisite standard, management newlineof institutions will have to have high quality, skillful and devoted faculty backed newlineby requirement-based curriculum and infrastructural facilities. To critically newlineevaluate a higher education institution the parameters need to be objective rather newlinethan being subjective. Here an attempt is being made to devise a model of newlineevaluation based on critical parameters essential for a higher learning institution. newlineCritical thinking is intellectually disciplined process of actively and skillfully newlineconceptualizing, applying, analyzing, synthesizing, and/or evaluating information newlinegathered from, or generated by, observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, or newlinecommunication, as a guide to belief and action. This must increase the precision newlineof thought by capturing architectures deeply entrenched in attention and enforcing newlinebrain requirements. In its exemplary form, it is based on universal intellectual newlinevalues that transcend subject matter divisions like clarity, accuracy, precision, newlineconsistency, relevance, sound evidence, good reasons, depth, breadth, and newlinefairness. A thinker who objectively thinks must always be capable of deducting newlineimplications from their business knowledge, using data to solve complications and newlineexploring opportunities to educate himself/herself. In the current situation, in newlineIndia there are many technical colleges/universities which now need to newlineconcentrate on making changing from time to time in curriculum, padegogy and newlineother parameters to ensure quality education. Therefore, to make changes in these newlineorganization on regular basis, a critical thinking approach is required. And a newlinebenchmark for this purpose is NIRF scheme. The study was conducted for newlinexix newlinedifferent universities based on classifiers (i.e. Bayes, Tree etc.). A large amount of newlinedataset was collected from authorized websites.
