Abstract: The number of vehicles, especially cars are being exponentially increased in the developing countries and the people expect sophistication with safety and they wish automation with perfection by reducing their effort and to prevent damage from collision of the vehicle. The increase in number of such vehicles demands more number of parking spaces which is a menace for any city or town. At the same time people find difficulty in parking at the designat ed parking place. Parking the vehicle has always been a big task for the drivers that lead to problems such as traffic, congestion, accident, pollution etc. Recently, many solutions are provided to address parking problems in different ways, like multi-level car parking, driver assisted parking, high-end cars with inbuilt autonomous parking, etc. This research addressed the parking problem by proposing a solution with autonomous smart vehicle, which may carry the vehicle to be parked at the designated place. This research work proposed an alternate solution to valet parking. A pallet with an autonomous vehicle will smartly park the given locked vehicle and thereby avoid the difficulties in valet parking like safety, privacy, etc. An automatic steering, braking and accelerating system has been designed in this research work with the enhanced skills of parking by properly trained with the novel reinforced learning based multicriteria decision making training algorithm equipped with the meticulously designed vehicle.
