Abstract: The purpose of the study was to explore implementation as well as to newlinetest the achievement score of approaches to teaching English at secondary newlinelevel. Survey method used and data has been collected from 500 (72.99%) newlineEnglish medium and 500 (0.93%) Marathi medium students standardized newlinewith statistical tools as Percentage, Mean, Mode, Median, SD and newlineCalculated t . newlineThe responses collected through standardized tools from sample newlineteachers and sample students of English and Marathi medium schools. After newlinedata collection researcher tabulated the data in M.S. Excel Sheet with newlineclassifying. The statistical tools given in excel were applied for analysis of newlinedata, its tabulation and graphical presentation. After interpretation the data newlinethe formulated hypotheses were tested. The data has been analyzed by newlineapplying mean, mode, median and percentage. newlineMajor findings of the study are 1) All teachers agree to relevancy of newlineapproaches to teaching English. 2) As per the needs of teaching content newlineteachers used structural and constructivist approaches to teaching English. newline3) The students who selected as sample they understood teaching content newlinevery well by applying the structural and constructivist approaches. 4) There newlineis significant difference between post test of control and experimental group newlineby applying the structural and constructivist approaches separately.
